House rules

To ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible and to preserve the tranquility of the property, we kindly ask you to respect a few simple rules:

• No smoking inside the apartment.

• For everyone’s comfort, please keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evening and at night, and respect the neighbors.

• The accommodation is reserved exclusively for the guests listed in the booking.

• Please take care of the apartment and its equipment – everything has been carefully prepared for you.

• No parties or events are allowed, in order to maintain a peaceful environment.

• Upon departure, please leave the apartment in good condition (washed dishes, emptied bins).
